Yoga Teacher Training
Claremont Yoga in Claremont, CA
I teach a slow paced, alignment-based form of hatha yoga with influences from Iyengar and Anusara. I believe in teaching to the bodies in the room so I modify my classes to make yoga accessible to everyone who enters the practice space. I am an ambassador for Accessible Yoga, an international advocacy organization focused on sharing yoga with all though trainings, conferences and more. Where I Teach
200-hour yoga teacher certification, April 2016
Rialto, Banning and Inland Empire, CA
Jasmine Creighton is a certified yoga teacher and writer. She started practicing yoga during her college years after taking it for a course elective. From there, she had an on and off again relationship with yoga. After graduation, she began to practice regularly and immersed herself in "everything yoga."
Yoga is one of the many things Jasmine credits that contributed to the natural, drug free and vaginal delivery of her son. Yoga also taught her to accept and love her post baby body. It was a beautiful journey for her and something she wants to help other women experience.
Jasmine became a teacher so she can service women in the pre and postnatal pregnancy stages as well as beginners and those seeking an alternative for healing purposes. Her overall goal is to make yoga accessible to everyone, especially in minority communities.
“I believe yoga is a one size fits all practice, meaning it’s for every one.” – Jasmine Creighton
