Stacee teaches a variety of classes including, restorative, gentle, and vinyasa, all in the Pranakriya style of yoga. Pranakriya is a form of hatha yoga based on the teachings of Swami Kripalu.

Stacee Johnson started practicing yoga in 1999 as a way to relieve her migraine symptoms and to reduce stress. In 2012, she earned her 200-hour certification through the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts, developed by Yoganand Michael Carroll. Since then, she has advanced to complete her 300-hour certification and prenatal yoga training.
Stacee guides students to use the connection of breath and movement to invoke a calm, meditative state. Her flowing style creates classes that blend pranayama and asana together to form a balance of active challenge and rest. To guide students into a deeper state of relaxation, Stacee often incorporates sound meditation, using crystal & Himalyan bowls, chimes, bells and vocal toning. Ultimately, she wants students to walk out of her class feeling better than when they walked in. She maintains that yoga brings a sense of serenity to her own life and she is passionate about helping others find that within themselves.
