My goal is to get people into their Suite life. Your Suite life is decreasing your stress while maintaining your physical maintenance. Often we put our physical health and mental wellness on the back-burner. We have the tendency to put ourselves last, but put the needs of other people in the forefront. I want to give access to the practice of Yoga to all people regardless of their economic status. I want to take away the excuse that we can't take care of ourselves because we don't have access.
Whenever my clients come to the mat, I tell them that it is a "journey." Every time, you step onto your mat you are learning something about yourself. You become a student to your life.
I believe that there is no one size fits all type of class. Your Yoga practice is like a tailored suit. All of the poses that I offer have variations and modifications that are designed to meet your needs. There are some days where you are super flexible and you feel like you can do yoga forever. There are other times where you hit what I call a "brick wall," this is when you feel frustrated on the mat, your body is stiff, you are struggling to do a pose and concentrating is difficult.
Yoga has been a major vehicle in changing my life. I started my journey on the mat with the intention of complementing my martial arts practice. Now, yoga has become a way of life.
May you have joy. Namaste
